The equal opportunities advocate most particularly represents the interest of the women at the institute: advocacy and advisement in the event of gender discrimination, information, equality assurance in institute governance and hiring procedures.
Situation at the Institute
More than half of the students currently studying at the institute are female and a large number of female students are employed by the departments. The same holds true for both junior and senior faculty.
