Prof. Gienow-Hecht on Teaching Stay at Harvard University

Prof. Jessica Gienow-Hecht, Chair of the John F. Kennedy Institute's History Department, has taken up a Teaching Stay at Harvard Univertsity during September and October 2016. This position is in accordance with her 2016 award as the Global Humanities Senior Research and Teaching Fellow.

This prestigious honour has been awarded to assist Prof. Gienow-Hecht in her upcoming project, which aims to understand the link between humanitarianism, interventionism, gender and self-representation in U.S. foreign relations since the Spanish-American War. Prof. Gienow-Hecht will use the time to carry out general archival work. More information can be found here.
