How to get to the John F. Kennedy Institute (JFKI):

The JFKI is located in Berlin-Dahlem, close to the subway station “Dahlem Dorf”. To get to “Dahlem Dorf” by public transportation, you can either take the subway (U3) or the bus (X83 or M11).

If you arrive at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (central railway station), the best way to get to the JFKI is to take any S-Bahn (city train) that goes westward until “Westkreuz”. There, you will have to change into any south/eastbound S-Bahn until “Heidelberger Platz” and then once more into the U-Bahn (subway). Heading southward in the direction of “Krumme Lanke” via U3, you will arrive at “Dahlem Dorf” after four stops.

If you arrive at Tegel airport, the easiest way to get to the hotel is to take a taxi which will cost around 25 Euros. If you want to take public transportation, you should either take bus X9 or bus 109 (right at the airport building) in the direction of “Hertzallee”. Get off at “Jakob-Kaiser-Platz” and take the U-Bahn line U7 in the direction of “Rudow”. Get off at “Fehrberliner Platz“ and change into the U-Bahn line U3 heading toward “Krumme Lanke”. Get off at “Dahlem-Dorf”.
