Cooperation between history departments at Carleton University, Ottwa, and the John F. Kennedy Institute for North American Studies/Freie Universität Berlin
Carleton University (CU) in Ottawa and the history Departement at JFKI with Freie University (FU) Berlin are strengthening their transatlantic research and training ties dedicated to Human Rights, Humanitarianism and the history of the term “ humanity”. Their collective endeavour encompasses transatlantic video seminars, workshops, conferences, publications, grant proposals, regular on-site visits. In 2021/22, we hope to kick off well a planned exchange programs for both students and faculty.
