The Department of History is looking for one student assistant from May, 1st, 2019 - April 30th, 2021
Area of Responsibility:
Supporting the chair holder in the preparation of research and teaching e.g. selection, compilation and proof-reading of English and German texts, ready-to-print formatting of texts, maintenance of the e-Learning pages (Blackboard) and the department website (after CMS training), welcoming international guests of the department, support in organizing and assisting of lectures, conferences and events.
Additional Qualifications may include:
2 completed university semesters, North American history studies in major or minor subject (Magister, M.A./B.A), study abroad, very good knowledge of all common office application on the PC, very good communication and team skills.
