Florian Sedlmeier, Alexander Starre, and Johannes Voelz are currently seeking chapter proposals for an edited volume of REAL: Yearbook of Research in English and American Literature.

Abstract Deadline: 15 December 2025
Manuscript Deadline: 30 September 2026

The projected volume will reconsider the study of British and American literatures in relation to political, legal, and social institutions and/or the formation of institutional structures in the name of literature, from publishers and periodicals to writers’ groups and the networks of the digital literary sphere.
