Simon Voss is a doctoral candidate in the Economics department at JFKI and the Graduate School of North America Studies (GSNAS) since October 2021.
Prior to this, he completed his master’s degree at the Freie Universität Berlin and worked as a teaching assistant in the Economics department at JFKI.

Simon Voss’s research interests include the study of housing markets, social policy, inequality, and economic history. His dissertation project focuses on homelessness and housing market policy in the US.
