In the context of the Joint Speaker Series of Indiana University and Freie Universität Berlin, scholars or both institutions will be discussing the topic: Digital Whistleblowing as a New Means of Expressing 'Civil Disobedience'?

In regard to the subject mentioned above, William E. Scheuermann, Professor for Political Science and International Studies at Indiana University, will be holding a lecture which will be commented by Christian Volk, Professor for Political Science with a research focus on politics and law at Freie Universität.
