Alumnus Tobias Jochum receives Ernst Reuter Prize 2019 for best doctoral dissertation

Tobias Jochum, GSNAS alumnus, has been awarded the Ernst Reuter Prize 2019 for his dissertation The Ethics of Representation in Contemporary Literary Narratives of Border Violence. The commission, selected by the President of Freie Universität, seeks to honor excellent and pioneering research by early career researchers. The prize of 5,000 Euros has been awarded annually since 1985. The award ceremony takes place on December 4th, the founding day of Freie Universität. More information is available here (German only).
