We did our best to list some hotels and hostels close to the conference site.

However, most hostels are in the center districts of Kreuzberg, Mitte or Prenzlauer Berg. Berlin’s public transportation is very good and you can get almost anywhere in about 30-40 minutes (the stop closest to the John-F.-Kennedy Institute is called “Dahlem Dorf”).  We recommend that you check out www.bvg.de for further information on public transportation.

 

An alternative to Hostels are Private Rooms

On berlin.en.craigslist.org you can often find a nice room in a private appartement for less than you would pay in a hostel or hotel. A disadvantage is that most of the time you cannot book these rooms in advance.
