Each new cohort of doctoral candidates organizes a two-day graduate conference in spring. The selection of the conference title, the invitation of keynote speakers, the budget plan and the academic program are all aspects that are exclusively managed by the doctoral students.

Our biweekly "Interdisciplinary Forum" has been set up as an initiative by postdocs and doctoral students. It allows for interdisciplinary discussions

Das im zweiwöchentlichen Turnus stattfindende "Interdisciplinary Forum" geht auf die Initiative von Postdoktoranden und Promovierenden an der Graduiertenschule zurück und ermöglicht den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern die Diskussion von Forschungsergebnissen in einem interdisziplinären Rahmen.

Neben Gastvorträgen namhafter Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler organisiert die Graduiertenschule in Kooperation mit der Einstein Visiting Fellow Forscher/innengruppe eine die "Rethinking Crisis"-Vortragsreihe.
